I had been looking for a premier home on The Villages web site for several months, as I knew I’d be moving there in the near future. I worked with a great sales person there, and reviewed a number of homes, however we were unable to find the right one (I am very particular!). Sally Love/Jan Ennes were a masterful team to assist us through our recent search/purchase/closing on our new home in the Villages. Prior to our search day, they listened to our desired parameters. On search day, Jan had a great list of diverse properties across the Villages geography. The next day we with her expert guidance made offer on the home for which we closed six weeks later. Throughout the process, they showed us detailed knowledge of The Villages, and Fl real estate practices. Even though this was our 8th and hopefully final home purchase, it was most helpful to have local knowledge of folks who have lived in the Villages for 15 years. And with that support I received what I requested from QL to mediate their error. Without reservation, I would strongly recommend using this team if you are considering purchase in the Villages. I'm very glad that I chose to work with Sally Love. She sold the house within a couple of weeks at full asking price, and that was during off-peak season. She's very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. She gets to the business and is very candid about the property and the prospects, not trying to charm you with stories and promises that she thinks you want to hear. Sally was responsible for our purchase. If we had been working with any other agent I doubt we would have made a deal. She was representing a very difficult seller and was able to show him that the offer we made was fair and in his best interest.

Your 24/7 Team is VERY impressive. They lived up to their name "247" (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) within the first 5 minutes when I requested information about a home at 11:30pm. From there, they consistently went above and beyond for us. One of the things they did for us that no other agent has ever done was they previewed homes for us and used face time - it was as if they were showing us the home in person (saved us a great deal of time and money as we were out of state buyers).
