We say NextHome Love Real Estate is “The Smarter Choice™”. Why? Because we are “Putting Customers First™”. 

The back-story –

Sally Love became a Realtor® working exclusively in The Villages® in January of 2006 with the desire to always be the best by putting her customers first!  She was able to achieve the status of the #1 Agent of all MLS Companies in The Villages® for over 13 years. Due to her successful rapid growth that first year, she decided the only way she would be able to continue to grow was to find a partner that was as dedicated as she was and that’s where Cindy Wise came in.  They became business partners for 8 years achieving tremendous growth and recognition as the #1 Agent Team.  In 2013, Sally decided to venture out on her own and created a support team of excellent assistants to help. 

In summer of 2019, Sally decided it was time to take her “putting customers first™” approach to a bigger platform and open her own Independent Agency.  In November of 2019 Sally Love Real Estate opened its doors.  With her support team and Cindy Wise, great experienced Realtors® from multiple agencies soon brought their Villages and surrounding area experiences and joined the new Brokerage.

In less than 9 months, (mid-2020) the company has grown like gangbusters and is now ranked #3 out of 171 Agencies that have sold homes in The Villages® in the last year – a pretty good start – achieved using Sally’s model of  hard work, great colleagues and “putting customers first ™”!

We may not be the biggest (yet) but we believe we are “The Smarter Choice™”. We are a strong Independent MLS Agency. Our “putting customers first™” philosophy intentionally led us to decide not to be a National Franchise. Why? Because as an Independent Agency our Realtors® do not pay thousands of dollars in fees annually to a National Organization – freeing up money to do a stronger job of advertising your home – putting you first.  However, just like the National franchises, as an MLS Agency, we have full use of Zillow, Realtor.com, Google and every other MLS platform connecting us to over 1 Million Realtors® in the U.S. (including every National Franchise Realtor®) and to literally an entire world of customers. We think this approach is “the smarter choice” for you.

Supporting our Realtors(s) and you, we have great full time in-house staff including, Graphic Artistry, Web building, Social Media Marketing, Notary Public service, excellent training with Sally Love and other experts!
